as you know , windows 8.1 enterprise update is not available like windows 8.1 pro through the " Windows Store-based installer ",
you know ! Enterprise edition is made for a controlled corporate environments, so ! the admins and IT pros in those environments will determine when they upgrade the OS :) , this is why the Enterprise edition is blocked from using the Store updater ^^ .
Let's start :
1- get you win8.1E iso form your "TechNet" or "MSDN".
2- Burn it a DVD or copy to a USB key.
3- click on the setup (ex. from your USBkey).
_Remember we are performing an Update, not a full clean installation :) .
4- you just follow this !

it's Recommended, in case that your Win8E don't get all necessary update to instal the 8.1
